The engineering of processing plants is the central and core business of VTU.
Work focuses on process engineering and project management from the conceptual design to a successful start-up. In addition, qualification and validation services in accordance with cGMP are performed for the pharmaceutical industry, right up to collaboration during inspections and audits.

Technical know-how and experience are the basic requirements for the successful planning of processing plants.
However, performing this planning as a service requires quite a bit more:

Goal orientation: The goal of the client’s project becomes the measure of all things, more important than short-term project profit optimisation and more than personal preferences or vanity.
Team spirit: Usually the client, planner, key suppliers and other trades must work together in order to realise a project. Here, the soft skills of the persons in charge play a decisive role – especially the operating project manager.
