VTU Engineering is Austria’s most attractive employer!

For the seventh time Hewitt Associates establishes Austria’s most attractive employer in the course of their “Best Employer Study” for central Europe. 160.000 employees und 4.000 executive manager in almost 700 companies attended the interview. The Hewitt study shows the company’s attractiveness from the staff’s point of view, because the staff’s motivation is a central element for the economic success of a company.

The winner award for the Austrian study went to VTU Engineering GmbH on 9th of June.

Dr. Friedrich Fröschl, CEO responsible for personnel and finances, analyses the company’s first rank: “Employees are the most important asset of a company. It is a difficult business to find the balance between the corporate interests and the staff’s ones. Honest and persistent communication between executive and staff is required to manage that.”

Highly qualified employees is one of the most important factors of success at VTU since the formation of the company in 1990. The company will put the focus on being an attractive employer in future too and providing a positive working environment with interesting potential for advancement for all current and future employees.
