VTU process development as a service facilitates the efficient and reliable implementation of process ideas in large scale plants for our customers.
The interdisciplinary team, made up of chemists, biotechnologists, microbiologists, analysts and process engineers, tests process variations, for example with process simulations, and that way minimises the time and costs for subsequent experiments. The extensive knowledge from VTU’s large scale plant engineering is incorporated in the execution of all development work. Hence, customised, innovative and practical solutions result that are a symbiosis of theory and practice.

With our equipment, we guarantee consistency from a laboratory scale, through the pilot scale, and right up to mobile plants that can be used onsite. It doesn’t matter in which phase of development you are, with our state-of-the-art facilities, efficient project management is possible from the initial idea, through the pilot scale and right up to a production plant.
