BDI - BioDiesel International - Biodiesel Plants
VTU has extensive know-how in the field of biodiesel plants
– with special focus on multi-feedstock processes. In these process
plants, not only fresh vegetable oils but also used cooking oil and
animal fats can be converted to biodiesel conforming to all standards,
which is technologically by far more challenging than blending with
fresh oils.
BDI – BioEnergy International is worldwide market and
technological leader in the field of multi-feedstock biodiesel plants. VTU Engineering has
supported BDI from the very beginning in an exclusive partnership for
biodiesel production concerning process development, basic engineering,
regulatory affairs, detail engineering and commissioning.
In close collaboration with BDI, VTU has planned 28 Biodiesel Plant worldwide so far.
