As part of our Project Management Organization, you will play a key role in overseeing project control and execution alongside the project management team. Your responsibilities include supporting scheduling and progress tracking, performing analyses, and preparing comprehensive project reports.

Responsibilities:

Develop the project schedule and implement logical dependencies (increasing level of detail as the project progresses) in collaboration with Discipline Managers
Establish and monitor schedule control
Track changes and deviations in the project that impact schedule or cost
Establish and monitor project progress measurement (Earned Value Analysis)
Prepare weekly forecasts for resource allocation and performance delivery
Monitor project schedule and report to project management, Discipline Managers, and Construction Management
Perform and manage Critical Path analyses
Prepare periodic status reports (schedule, progress, etc.)
Continuously improve business processes in the areas of scheduling and reporting

Requirements:

Completed (preferably technical) education, e.g., in mechanical/plant engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
Several years of relevant professional experience in plant engineering, ideally in the process industry (biotech/pharma or chemical)
Proficiency in MS Project (Primavera knowledge is an advantage)
Solid skills in MS Office programs, especially Excel
Excellent English skills, German is considered as an advantage
Strong team player with commitment and assertiveness
Structured, professional, and responsible working style
High analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking
Considering the potential for DACH region for the project
