The international technology corporation is expanding its Human Resources department with an HR expert from the pharmaceutical industry.10.09.2018
VTU Engineering, which specializes in the planning of process plants, continues to maintain its course growth of the last few years. Almost 500 employees, of which over 400 highly qualified engineers, are now working from Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Romania on client projects worldwide.

With Wolfgang Zelle, the VTU is bringing additional expertise to the company in September 2018 for the development and implementation of the global human resource strategy. From now on, the new Head of Human Resources of VTU Group GmbH will be in charge of staff matters of the entire corporate group with all VTU Engineering national subsidiaries. He will be responsible for company-wide staff development, the enhancement of employer branding and the expansion of recruiting. The trained lawyer and native Tyrolean brings longstanding experience in Human Resources. Most recently, he was Head of Human Resources at Sandoz Austria, a subsidiary of the pharmaceutical corporation Novartis, and previously he also worked as Manager of the Human Resources and Legal Department at Tyrolean Airways.

The VTU Group Managing Director Friedrich Fröschl sees great potential in the new Head of HR: "With our consistently excellent order situation, we are always looking for well-trained and committed employees for our client projects.
