The planning company made it into the ranking of “Austria’s best employers 2016” and was named as a “Great Place to Work”. 24.05.2016
Great Place to Work® Austria announced the winner of the competition “Austria’s best employer 2016”, on 17 March, with an award ceremony. Those employers who have a workplace culture full of mutual respect, appreciative and encouraging interaction, and reliability in day to day working life, and whose employees expressed the highest trust in the company were given an award.

The international planning company VTU Engineering, with headquarters in Styria, was awarded the quality seal “GREAT PLACE TO WORK”. Managing Director Dr. Friedrich Fröschl, who is responsible for the personnel agendas at VTU, sees the results of the study as positive feedback for the former, and as a basis for further personnel work: “We are delighted about being awarded as a Great Place to Work again, and would like to thank all colleagues for their feedback. The result confirms the right path for personnel work at VTU. Now it is about, not only being happy about the results, but also actively working on future measures: i.e. retaining and building on the strengths, and eliminating the last weaknesses.”

Wanted: The best heads for international projects
The core business of VTU Engineering is planning processing plants for the industry, from the concept to commissioning. The biggest capital of the technology service provider is the team. Long standing VTU employees bring experience and management competence, experts from various disciplines work on interdisciplinary projects. VTU Engineering is constantly on a growth course, which entails a constant enlargement of the team. The in-house “VTU Academy“ for the internal and external further training of the team is a crucial component of personnel management. The aim is to integrate highly qualified colleagues from various disciplines into operative work as quickly as possible.
