At the prize-awarding ceremony that took place on 16th March, Great Place to Work® Austria announced the winner of “Austria’s best employer 2018” competition. Honours are handed out to companies whose business culture is characterised by the values of credibility, fairness, respect, pride and team orientation. In this respect, the international planning company VTU Engineering made it to the winners’ podium, and came in at 3rd place in the “Large” category.

Managing Director Dr. Friedrich Fröschl considers the award to provide important confirmation of the human resources strategy and team spirit at VTU Engineering:

We are very proud about our rating and we want to thank all of our colleagues for the excellent feedback. Right now, as our business grows, we are seeking to hire more qualified employees. Our accolade the “Great Place to Work” competition will provide us with a big boost for our developments in the area of human resources.

We are seeking: the best minds for international projects
Following the recent investment by DPE Deutsche Private Equity, VTU continues on its path of international growth: The continuously excellent order situation and strong demand at all locations both at home and abroad require additional expertise: the goal is to integrate highly qualified employees from a wide variety of disciplines in the VTU team starting from now and as quickly as possible. The investment provided by DPE Deutsche Private Equity means that VTU is able to invest in new markets and the further training and education of its employees.
