We’re on the hunt for a talented Sales Manager whom: 

  • Manage external sales activities of a specific geographical area ensuring a certain volume of orders in accordance with local management
  • Brings contribution to the achievement of targeted revenues/orders of VTU Romania by producing high quality level of proposals and attachment together with the respecting of deadlines
  • Give feedback on market situation quarterly

You contribute to our success by taking on the following tasks:

  • Support of the scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings and in events organization;
  • Coordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal;
  • Propose improvements to achieve better results in terms of quality and time of delivery of proposals;
  • Ensure a sufficient projects pipeline to create the basis for achieving or exceeding the financial targets of the respective country;
  • Meet clients and develop a good level and quality of network;
  • Present VTU services and products ensuring the awareness of clients;
  • Implement specific country sales strategies (aligned with Head of Country Sales) to meet or exceed financial targets of the respective country;
  • Implement sales strategy for new services in the respective country;
  • Keep relationship with existing clients and increase the network in focusing industries;
  • Track results on Sales by production of periodic KPIs and dashboards.

Application Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of project business of VTU or comparable companies and fulfillment of the skills requirements for this position;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in contract negotiations;
  • Knowledge of the market, competition, and industry-specific challenges;
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset;
  • Advanced in English, German is a plus.
