Where we need your help
- To Lead and deliver Engineering (Conceptual, Feed) or EPCM projects.
What you bring along
Education:
- Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering Degree (Master Degree).
- PMI / IPMA certifications
Technical Competences:
- Have strong PC competency (Microsoft Office, CAD, working with PDF files, Document management systems).
- Have a strong attention to details.
- Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills
Key Activities & Responsibilities
For this role we identified the following tasks:
- Develop Project plans, specifying goals, deliverables, define resources, review the scheduling, manage budget (internal and external ones)
- Responsible for leading, ensuring and overseeing project activities, in time, within budget and in compliance with specific requirements
- Ensure all risks and issues are escalated in a timely manner, along escalation paths defined by the program
- Reporting to client and internal Steerco
- Engage and interact with internal and externals clients
Social Competences:
- Be self-confident, be a team player, adaptable and practical.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with different Stakeholder
Prerequisites:
- At least 5 years of experience in Chemical and/or Pharmaceutical construction projects in the role of Project Manager,
- Fluent in Italian and English (B1/B2 up).
- Be success driven and be willing to learn and in doing as well to support others in the team.
- Open to travel 80% of the time to Italy and abroad
