Education:
Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering Degree (Master/Bachelor Degree).



Technical Competences:

• Have strong PC competency (Microsoft Office, CAD, working with PDF files, Document management systems).
• Have a strong attention to details.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

For this role we identified the following tasks :

• To define the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and to manage it into the Project Control System
• To support the Project Control Team in initializing the project control tools (P6, LoD, PP) as per the Company procedures;
• To assist Project Control Manager in preparing the Planning and Control Procedures for the Project;
• To prepare the project control documents in accordance with the Project Procedures:
  • Project Master Schedule
  • Project Schedule (L1, L2, L3)
  • Critical Path
  • Production of look ahead schedule
  • Progress Control S-Curves
  • Manpower Histograms;
• To perform the periodical schedule updating and progress control under the Earned Value Management System
• Integrated Project Plan scheduling and resource levelling
• To assess physical progress of the project and forecasting any deviations towards the approved baselines;
• Analysis of estimate to completion, gap analysis, in order to maintain the contractual milestones date;
• To issue the periodical reports to support the Project Review Meeting presentation;
• To monitor the operative budget for engineering, procurement and construction phases;
• Analysis and control of costs according to the economical accrued value and project value

Prerequisites:

• Preferred at least 3 years of experience in Chemical and/or Pharmaceutical construction field, Fluent in Italian and English.
• Be success driven and be willing to learn and in doing as well to support others in the team.
• Candidates without experience can be evaluated, mostly based on their willingness to learn and grow.
• Open to travel 80% of the time
