Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the execution of construction projects within engineering investments, from preparation through completion.
  • Manage and oversee the work of construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors on site.
  • Ensure compliance with technical documentation and customer requirements throughout the construction process.
  • Responsible for monitoring construction schedules, controlling costs, and mitigating project risks.
  • Oversee the progress of construction works, conduct quality inspections, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) standards, Quality Management (QM), and Quality Control (QC) requirements.
  • Manage changes to project scope and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers and partners regarding material and service contracts.
  • Resolve technical issues on site and support decision-making related to construction and project execution.

What We’re Looking For:


  • At least 2 years of experience in managing construction projects, ideally within (bio)pharma, life science, chemical, or oil & gas industries.
  • Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations, processes, and quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and manage construction teams.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Polish (written and spoken).
