Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and optimize installation layouts for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations
  • Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for installation systems 
  • Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site personnel, to ensure alignment between design and on-site requirements
  • Conduct site inspections to verify installation feasibility and ensure the design meets safety and operational standards
  • Provide technical support during the installation phase, addressing any design-related issues or modifications
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:


  • Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in installation design, preferably in industries such as (bio)pharma, life science, oil & gas, or chemical.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken); German is a plus.
