RO - HR Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you as HR manger will have a key role to support our growth of our Romanian branch. The focus will be on managing the full HR agenda. Because of that we’re looking for an HR professional with generalist skills and a strong record of experience within HR.

Your Tasks will include:

• Plan and organize all Talent Acquisition activities
• Alignment of local HR processes with the international HR strategy
• Contribution to international HR activities
• Manage Talent, Learning & Development Programs
• Manage Employee Relations, Payroll & Administration including labor law
• Implement Compensation & Benefits policies, in line with Group strategy
• Manage Employee Health & Safety, Welfare & Wellbeing initiatives

Will be considered as an advantage:

• 5 years plus of previous experience gained in HR departments
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in Romanian and English language (spoken and written), German would be an add-on.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Empathy and a good sense of humor
