Project Manager (m/f) - engineering

Scope of responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the successful execution of major projects according to customer specifications,
• Management and coordination of the project team,
• Main contact person to the customer during the entire project phase,
• Initiation of cost, risk and schedule controlling as well as responsibility for project reporting,
• Setting up and establishing scope, change & risk management at all levels in the project,
• Manage workflow and internal communications to ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of project progress,
• Ensure that the required quality in the project (QM & QC) or EHS requirements are met,
• Negotiations with customers and partners (suppliers).

Requirements:

• Completed technical studies with focus on process engineering, biotechnology, plant engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent training
• Training in project management or PM certification is an advantage
• Several years (min. 5) of relevant experience in the execution of plant engineering projects in the fields of (bio)pharma or oil&gas/chemicals
• Sound technical and economic understanding of project processes and interrelationships
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Distinct team orientation coupled with commitment and hands-on mentality
• Pleasure in working together with different disciplines
• Fluent Polish, very good knowledge of German and English
• Willingness to travel (mainly in Europe)
