Engineering
Diversity is the order of the day here. As a general planner, we support our customers throughout the entire life cycle of their plants: from planning and implementation, support during ongoing operation and decommissioning. A special focus is on industrial digitalisation and the development of sustainable solutions. The range of jobs we offer is correspondingly wide. Our engineering team works in the fields of process engineering, 3D layout & piping, electrical engineering, automation & digitalisation, technical building equipment as well as architecture and GMP compliance. And where do you fit in?
Project management
This area is about maintaining an overview. Project managers handle large projects and organise the entire process from kick-off to handover to the company. As a project manager, you advise our clients on setting up the project and the processes, support them in risk and stakeholder management, in project planning, but also in financial controlling and reporting. You also ensure that everything runs smoothly with regular checks, audits and reviews.
Consulting
Everyone who likes to look to the future is in demand here – and this career path is correspondingly broad. Our experts provide answers to questions on operating a plant, from capacity planning and site development to relocation and decommissioning. Or they work on optimising the plants using data analysis and by networking software systems. On the home stretch of biotechnological product development, we support our customers, among other things, with (process) validations, but also with the problem-free and timely approval of their products on all major markets worldwide.
Internal Services
Everyone who keeps the wheels of VTU turning every day works here – from IT support, controlling and accounting to human relations, marketing, quality management and legal services. Our teams in these areas ensure that internal processes work efficiently and that we achieve our goals in our projects, but also as an entire organisation. Only then can we ensure that effective management and coordination provide for our company’s long-term success.
