Your contribution to our success:

  • Responsibility for the successful execution of large-scale projects
  • Definition of the project execution strategy to achieve project goals
  • Leadership and management of the project team
  • Main point of contact for the client’s project manager throughout the project lifecycle
  • Initiation of cost, risk, and schedule control, and responsibility for project reporting
  • Responsibility for safety within the project and ensuring compliance with EHS requirements
  • Ensuring adherence to company procedures, standards, and guidelines, as well as required project quality (QM & QC)
  • Establishment and implementation of scope, change, and risk management at all project levels
  • Coordination of workflows and internal communication to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about project progress
  • Negotiations with clients and partners (suppliers), and responsibility for contract management

Your profile:

  • Completed technical degree in process engineering, biotechnology, plant or mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent
  • Project management training or certification is an advantage
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in executing EPCM plant engineering projects in the process industry (biotech, pharma, chemical, etc.)
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of project workflows and interdependencies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong team orientation combined with commitment, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
  • Assertiveness and enthusiasm for working with diverse technical disciplines
  • Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
