Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the successful execution of major projects in line with customer specifications
  • Oversee and coordinate the project team
  • Serve as the primary contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle
  • Initiate and oversee cost, risk, and schedule control, while taking responsibility for project reporting
  • Establish and manage scope, change, and risk management across all project levels
  • Ensure effective workflow and communication, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress
  • Guarantee the required quality standards (QM & QC) and EHS requirements are met
  • Conduct negotiations with customers and partners (suppliers)

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in executing plant engineering projects, ideally in (bio)pharma, life science, or oil & gas/chemical industries
  • Completed technical studies in process engineering, biotechnology, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualifications
  • Training in project management or a PM certification is a plus
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of project processes and interdependencies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with a strong commitment and hands-on approach
  • Enjoys working across various disciplines
  • Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken) is required
  • Willingness to travel, primarily within Europe
