As part of our team, you will be responsible for qualification and validation activities of pharmaceutical process systems in compliance with current GMP regulations. You will work on exciting and attractive projects and support the growth of our company in close collaboration with team leadership.

Your contribution to our success:

  • Coordination and execution of project-specific qualification and validation activities in accordance with current GMP regulations
  • Development and implementation of qualification and validation systems
  • Support in the preparation of overarching qualification and validation documentation
  • Conducting and moderating risk analyses
  • Project acquisition and client support
  • Supporting team leadership in process development and employee mentoring
  • Close collaboration with current team leadership and gradual assumption of strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Long-term opportunity, with suitable qualifications, to take over team leadership

Your profile:

  • Completed degree or vocational training in pharmaceutical engineering, process engineering, food technology, bioprocess technology, or a comparable field
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry with solid knowledge of qualification and validation
  • Experience with relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820)
  • Strong communication skills, customer and quality orientation, and an independent working style
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland is desired
