Microsoft 365 Engineer / IT System Engineer

• Administration of the Microsoft 365 infrastructure, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerApps, and Power Automate
• Configuration and continuous development of Microsoft 365 services
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
• Active participation in projects aimed at developing and optimizing digital solutions
• Close collaboration with internal departments
• Support for the IT support team in handling incidents
• Creation and maintenance of IT documentation

• Completed education or degree in IT
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Configuration of Microsoft 365 products (Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Best practice configuration of Microsoft 365 services
  • Installation and configuration of Windows Server and client systems
  • Administration of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Administration of SQL Server and databases
• Excellent English skills, German is a plus
• Independent and well-organized working style
• Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
