Electrical Engineer / Electrical Designer (m/f)

Full-time  | 40h/week

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Plan the electrical part of the project: Define what needs to be done and how the electrical engineering work will be executed.
  • Check safety and quality: Make sure all safety, quality, and legal rules are followed during the project.
  • Coordinate external partners: Act as the company’s representative when working with contractors, suppliers, other engineering teams, or authorities.
  • Track project progress: Monitor timelines and work status and prepare project reports.
  • Support cost planning: Help create project cost estimates depending on the project phase.
  • Prepare final project documents: Collect and provide all necessary “as-built” documentation at the end of the project.
  • Perform site supervision: Conduct local author’s supervision to ensure the project is built according to the design.
  • Provide technical input for other disciplines: Give technical requirements or assumptions that other engineering teams need for their work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree (or higher-level education) in the field of Electrical Systems Engineering
  • More than 2 years of practical experience in industrial electrical projects
  • Electrical Design License
  • Background in operations or maintenance within chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or oil & gas industries is considered a plus
  • Experience and solid knowledge in medium and low voltage power distribution, equipment specifications, wiring diagrams, single line diagrams, motor schematics, power system studies, and hazardous area classification
  • Background in one or more project phases such as initiation, definition and planning, or project closing
  • Your language skills: Polish and English at communicative level, knowledge of German will be an asset
  • Willingness to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Well organized team player with strong communication skills and resilience under time pressure
