Junior IT Technician / Support Manager (m/f/d)

📍 Location: Ploiești / Bucharest
💰 Salary: approx. €1,000 – €1,300 net (junior level)
Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing 1st and 2nd level IT support for hardware, software, and application-related issues (shift-based IT hotline)
  • Analyze, prioritize, and document incoming requests using the ESM ticketing system
  • Support and contribute to IT projects, including the rollout of new services, tools, and hardware
  • Set up and configure IT workstations, including laptops, peripherals, and software installations
  • Create and maintain clear IT knowledge base articles and user guides
  • Assist with hardware and software inventory management
  • Administer user accounts and services in Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 
Requirements:

  • Completed education in IT (apprenticeship or equivalent qualification)
  • Initial hands-on experience or internships in IT support or administration
  • Good basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments, Software-/Hardware- installation, LAN/WLAN/IP Network basics
  • Practical, problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Strong customer focus and willingness to support end users
  • Good communication skills, team spirit, and ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
