Process Engineer - (m/f/d)

Job Description
Your responsibilities:

• In our pharmaceutical, biotechnical and chemical projects, be part of the process design team and work with the stakeholders involved (customer organization, engineers and suppliers) across all projects phases
• Execute challenging projects, ranging from small brownfield repurpose to large greenfield buildings 
• Creation and master management of flow charts (BFD/PFD/PID)
• Calculation, balancing for equipment, fittings and piping
• Support of interfaces to other process and utility systems
• Create process tender packages based on concept or basic engineering documents, in order to request quotes from suppliers
• Specification, material extracts, inquiries and offer evaluation
• Creation of functional specifications
• Participation in safety analyses (HAZID/HAZOP/DPHA)
• Set up specification, material extracts, ...

Profile

Who are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in education Chemical Technology, Chemical and Process Engineering, Bio-engineering, Bio-technology or similar
• Minimal 3-5 years relevant experience
• Critical thinking and eager to learn
• Able to navigate through complex client organizations and assess stakeholders incentives
• You are customer-oriented and quality-conscious; EHS is part of your core values
• Social competence, ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills as well as a high degree of independence
• Eager to learn, strong technical interest, and a high sense of responsibility
• Proactive, hands-on, and analytically strong, with a sense of autonomy
• You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with people from different disciplines
• Very good English and Dutch language skills, both written and spoken, as well as excellent IT user skills. French and German is a plus
• You are willing to travel to customer sites
