Role Purpose
The Inhouse Consultant ensures that our core business processes are effectively supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 CRM. The role acts as the central interface between business departments and IT, translating business requirements into sustainable, scalable application solutions. The focus is on process quality, system alignment, and continuous improvement, especially in finance, controlling, sales, and operational processes.

• Experience in CRM / ERP / Business Application consulting
• Strong understanding of business administration and accounting processes
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or CRM

• Business process analysis and requirements engineering
• Functional ERP/ CRM understanding
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills across business and IT teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Business Process & Requirements Ownership
- Analyze, structure, and document end‑to‑end business processes
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution concepts
- Ensure alignment between business processes, system capabilities, and best practices
Dynamics 365 Application Consulting
- Functional responsibility for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM
- Support and optimize ERP and CRM processes in collaboration with business departments
- Ensure correct system setup for finance, controlling, sales, and related domains
- Support testing, releases, and changes together with internal and external partners
Business & IT Coordination
- Act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders, key users, and management
- Coordinate requirements, priorities, and solutions across departments
- Ensure transparency, documentation, and clear communication
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Identify process improvements and optimization potential
- Ensure consistency, data quality, and compliance within business applications
- Contribute to the long‑term roadmap of the Dynamics 365 application landscape
Requirements:
Professional Background• Experience in CRM / ERP / Business Application consulting

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or CRM
