Lead and coordinate HVAC engineering activities throughout the EPCMv project lifecycle :
- Apply project management principles related to cost, schedule, quality and risk management
- Capable of preparing HVAC tender packages
- Review of quotes and prepare technical advice to Clients
- Construction support
- Commissioning and Qualification support
Technical skills:
- HVAC system sizing (capacity calculations)
- Load calculations (cooling load, heating load)
- Design of piping systems and air ducts
- Cleanroom HVAC design
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Equipment and material selection
- Creating schematics (P&ID, air and water flow diagrams)
- 2D/3D design (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM)
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering within life sciences (preferred), pharmaceutical or industrial environments
- Knowledge of contract and construction law
- Precise and detail-oriented working style
- Self-confidence, assertiveness and willingness to travel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Dutch is required, and fluent in English
