Your contribution to our success:

Lead and coordinate HVAC engineering activities throughout the EPCMv project lifecycle :

• Apply project management principles related to cost, schedule, quality and risk management
• Capable of preparing HVAC tender packages
• Review of quotes and prepare technical advice to Clients
• Construction support
• Commissioning and Qualification support

Technical skills:

• HVAC system sizing (capacity calculations)
• Load calculations (cooling load, heating load)
• Design of piping systems and air ducts
• Cleanroom HVAC design
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Equipment and material selection
• Creating schematics (P&ID, air and water flow diagrams)
• 2D/3D design (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM)

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering within life sciences (preferred), pharmaceutical or industrial environments
• Knowledge of contract and construction law
• Precise and detail-oriented working style
• Self-confidence, assertiveness and willingness to travel
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Dutch is required, and fluent in English
